     ·  Locație superbă în pădure, curățenie, mâncare bună, aproape de Lacul Ursu.
     ·  Piscina necesită puțină renovare dar se poate folosi fără probleme.

     ·  Curtea îngrijită, piscina, foișorul, frigiderul din camera, pernele, personalul hotelului amabil si zâmbitor.
     ·  Din cabina de dus, ieșea apă si aveam apă pe jos in permanență. Am alunecat de câteva ori. Suporturile( gheruțele lipite) se dezlipesc si cad pe jos. Am fost cazați la camera 19.

     ·  The location is very good, very close to the Lacul Ursul and Center, but you are away from the noisy people and cars. The people and the service are extraordinary!!!

     ·  Un logo molto tranquillo a pochi passi dal lago ,personale molto gentile, la cucina molto buona, camera spaziosa e pulita. Ritornerei volentieri di nuovo.
